The short version: Use Enshort for legitimate purposes. Your data and links are yours. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. Paid plans are billed in advance and we don't offer refunds on used billing periods.
By creating an account or using Enshort, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Enshort on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Enshort provides link shortening, analytics, QR code generation, and revenue attribution tools for businesses and creators. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, though we'll give reasonable notice for significant changes.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password or allow others to access your account. Notify us at hello@enshort.co immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You must be at least 16 years old to use Enshort.
Your links, campaigns, and analytics data belong to you. We don't claim ownership over anything you create in Enshort. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
You're responsible for the content your short links point to. Don't use Enshort to redirect to anything illegal, harmful, or that violates someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Enshort offers a free plan and paid plans billed monthly or annually. Paid plans are charged in advance. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds for unused time on a billing period that has already started, except where required by law.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice. If you don't agree to a price change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
The free plan is provided as-is with the limitations described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. Short links created in Enshort will continue to work as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your short links will stop redirecting. We are not liable for any losses resulting from link downtime or service interruptions.
The Enshort name, logo, and product are owned by us. These terms don't grant you any right to use our brand, trademarks, or intellectual property outside of normal use of the service.
To the extent permitted by law, Enshort is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email for significant changes and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Enshort operates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
