The short version: We collect only what we need to run the service. We don't sell your data. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time.

Who we are

Enshort is a link shortening and revenue attribution platform. When we say "Enshort", "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we're referring to the company operating this service. If you have questions about anything here, email us at hello@enshort.co.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly and information generated when you use the service.

Account information — your email address and password when you sign up.
Link data — the short links you create, their destination URLs, and any campaign or label you assign to them.
Click analytics — when someone clicks one of your links, we record the timestamp, approximate country, device type, browser, and referrer. We do not store the IP address after processing.
Revenue data — if you connect an e-commerce store (WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop), we receive order data from your store to map purchases back to your links. This data stays in your account and is never shared.
Payment information — billing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your card number or banking details.
Usage data — basic logs of how you use the dashboard, to help us improve the product.

How we use your data

To provide and operate the Enshort service.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts).
To improve the product based on how it's being used.
To respond to support requests.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to protect against fraudulent requests. We may use anonymous analytics cookies to understand how the dashboard is used. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-party integrations

When you connect a store integration (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop), data flows between your store and Enshort to enable revenue attribution. You control when integrations are connected and can disconnect them at any time from your account settings. We only request the minimum permissions needed to track purchases tied to your links.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your links, analytics data, and account information within 30 days. Some data may be retained in anonymised, aggregated form for product analytics.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Export your data in a portable format.
Object to certain types of processing.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data: encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and will notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
